Transfers:

"This player does not wish to move to your club until he is better." - Your team avg. is more then 9 points higher then the player's Q.
"This player does not wish to move to your club until the team has improved." - Your team avg. is 9 (sometimes 10) points less then the player's Q.
"This player does not wish to move due to personal reasons". - Same IP/Randomly occurs*
