My end of season 90 (27/07/2012 15:57)

 Its the road to the end of season 90.

 

Its the end of season 90 here at ml and my team was able to play in 4div, not so high, but still i need time to think what who could to do bettter. and come back stronger another time.

Problems at season 90 was to win games and makeing goals. Most top team at my division has player at q90 or almost there. my best player is at q80, theres a gap between that.  My team end up as nr 12 and must playoff games to stay in 4div. its not a loss to go down. but next year if my team play in 4div i will be in need to get some more players, especially in the front, since the team dident make any particular goals.

This season my team won few games, and lost a lot, how to change this next season is not open yet, but i need to think over some time with it. Results is spoken for its own.

 

 My guide  if i could start it all over again with a fresh team i would do this and why

If i was completly new manager here at ml i would sack all player who are older then 23 with lower then q 65 and then buy older player at age 30 at minimun q75.because they would train other players to groow faster and because they are at higher q then the team will be able to win games who will makes morale go higher,  To win games at manager league your average team age shuld be 26 or more. young players its hard to make them groow more then 2 q in a season, more then this with more player is difficult. so dont have to many of players who cant play, maybe have max 25 player, i will say maybe 20 is optimal.

 

build stadium and other money income, like stadium capacity, club shops and resturants,  to make more money. more money = accsess to better players.

thats my first in my mind to do.

first season you dont win much, but play weekend cups and training camp wil be a good start. Which option can someone do. if you have more cash after this

some important thing to remember if you are fresh here at manager league is nobody want to spend cash to a bad player when you can get a better one for same prize,

No one will buy your player at q63 so sack them, people buy better players because they have money. theres players with high quality you can buy for cheap and they will do a better job. other pages maybe want you to buy younger player and train them.  i say its waste, its ok to have 2 maybe 3 player at age 17 to 20 and give them a lot of games because they groows faster and you can sell them later when they reach q 73 or more but with limited money, i will prefer to build a team and give young player a posibilyty to play games, then after some seasons you can sell them, Its hard to sell a player, so spend money to player that can give your team something. 

 

 

 

My options for next season.

if i play at 4div next season i will need to get some new players with higher q then rest of my team in each position. i would need players atleast q85 or more, wheres the money, to get some money i must sell a player og two.

if i go down to 5div i keep my players and do the same as i did in season 89 to win games,  maybe sell some players to get more money, take look if you have money and want to buy them, i have auto accept some of them, but most of them are for sale for less,

this season i make to earn more then 40mill in cash, its ok, did not sell or buy any players, my stadium capacity is at 40000, dont know so much about how to get more money, but heres a guide you can try  http://managerleague.com/blogperma.pl?id=5204  i will study this site sometimes and maybe i will do it better then now.

my rotation system was working in the end, and most of my player make go up +q1, some younger make more.

Round 30 i was winning the game, my oponent was not playing at his best. and my team was in competition with another team about to become nr 12 or 13, the diffrent is going down or play playoff in 1 morre game, i was the lucky one this time, and thats why its important to stay focus all season, 

 

I was lucky to find cups to play in the weekends. its good for your players to fight so much they can. they will groow more and every opertunity i was having trainings camp. it cost but in the end it pay off.
