Its getting close to The end of season 89 and this is my sumary.

 

Few changes this year, was selling some player, and try to find some to replaced them,

my team is still in 5div, but i am on my way to climb to next division.

how to know the players are doing their job : concede few goals, making it difficult for your opponent, you get the ball in attack and can scoore goals.

My team have play weeken cup evry weekend, and i  training camps, and with 30ml games my team improve, next season my team will go up division faster then i thought, if someone read this, my secret is to have a good q player at age 31 or more in defends, midlefield and attacker, it was maybe the one that was helpfull for my younger player to grows, otherways in ml and in my 30 games pr season game its ok to be 5div, next season will become harder for my players, i know i will loose some games, but i m\ust try to win some also to stay in a upper division. its to easy to win when you plays against bot player with lower q in each position.

 

this is how my team in each part is doing and some toughts for next season and this season.

 

Goalkeepers : both young players, but they are getting improveing and getting better. as far i can se i dont do any changes with this players. i dont need any reinforcements to the goalies. Hopefully they will be better during the few years and therefor they both become a important part of my team. How to measure the whether the player is doing its job. goalkeeper let in few or no goal, so far conceded less then 10 goals in the league and it works ok, next season it might be harder and more goals against me,

 

Defence : have players at q80 and some almost there, my younger players get improving and its looks good. in the next few seasons some older players wil retiered.Players who leave will hopefully be replaced with younger players. hove to measure defenc this season, The defense players do not give away chances this season. it will be hard to find defender who can handle some attackers at q 90 so next season must be important to dont have the ball against my team.

 

Midlefield : have a good midlefield at my team, have 6 players at q78 to 81,  its a good mix today, Players with experience with retirement, but they will hopefully be replaced with younger players who groowes up and replacea better team. i found a balance with younger players so they can become at the team. Midlfielders provide more assist and create goals. next season will become at higher level. less assist and goals, and it will be harder to fight to win.

 

Attackers : Have today some older player who dominante the team and some younger who needs to growes to become better goalgetters. their job is to create goals and all of the are doing this so.  at upper division there is much better players and its harder to scoore. but if my younger dont get over it it will be very expensiv to find good q player who can scoore goal.
