almost done with a another season, i have focus on bulid a team and dont look at results, they came with the team

i have read another blog http://managerleague.com/blogperma.pl?id=5058  and use some tric there,

my team next season will be sell som player, to get more money, and then grow more

 

this season i have use 23 players

 

2 goal keepers, both young and need more time,

    my 1st keeper next season shuld get up to q80 and my 2nd keeper tilmaye 73 or moore

 

my defense is stille week but its getting better, my defense have 7players and 4 of them is under age 25,  need to grove and follow up

2 is more then 30 and last player is in peak time, right now at q80

 

my midlefield player is the biggest group and many younger player

have 4 under 22 and a upcoming at age 23, hope to get him over q80 over next year

2 older then 30 this season i hade 1one, but younger around him did not improve so i sack him

i also had 2 player in peak time,  and hope to see some more of these later

 

last group is attacer

2older then 30, for training younger,

one at 21, not so much succsess with him,he need to grove som more

2yuonger at age 17 to 18

none of my player thisyear is really good goal getter stars yet

this is also why i start all over and read to improve, i want up and to do that i need goalgettes who can win games

right now i am playing at division 5 and want to go up to 4th division

 

if you read this, what is your tips for a manager like me to improve
