How is the Raven as a manager?

I'm very willing to try out things. I'm not the kind of manager that just finds him/herself one tactic and 11 players and just sticks with it. I like to try out different kinds of tactics and players and settle with 2-3 tactics and 15-20 players that I swap around trough out the season and ofc. next season i'll try out new kinds of tactics and players

I'm also very attracted to young players. If I see one young player who plays well I'll use him instead of an older player who plays better. this is not because I'm pedophile or anything, it's simply because I think about the future.

At last. I can be quite tempered. a few seasons ago I sacked my whole team and went down to div 3. just because I lost a league cup match. I ecpect alot from my team and get alot back.

Fk krakra

My team is Fk krakra. At this moment we're only in div 3. but dont worry, that's all a part of my brilliant plan to win div 1. in season 17. Many of you allready knows some parts of it(no one knows it all) and those of you who dont wont get it from me:P

My team is very young, age 19, and very talented, Q80.  My three greatest talents is:

• Icarus Leontius. Q81, 18yo, attacker
• Gilbert Morgan. Q81, 18yo, middie
• Marius Brønstad. Q84, 20yo, defender

I've had alot of great excperiences with my team, but my greates achievement must be in season 7 when i ended 2nd in div 1. just 5 points after Blackpool
