Spent few seasons to configue out the hidden of ML.

The below list is my experiment result. I cannot say if it's true or false, just test it yourself.

1. Your team: raise your team's avg age as high as possible. The oldies should be 35 at least.
   1. Oldies'Q is not very important. Q74-77 has reasonable price, take them.
2. Your opponent: should be around +-10Q to your team. Last 2 seasons, I only play with same div teams (div 5)
   
   1. Uhm, maybe, a young team is the best opponent. Try it.
3. The time: play friendly right after matches, cup, training, camps. 30m-1h30m is the best time to gain.
   1. Duration between 2 matches should not be matter
4. Line-up: I'm currently stick with 352, no change. Few season ago, I switch between 352 and 361 after every match
   1. Always change the position after every match, replace the oldies by the others
   2. Place players at wrong position may get better result
