Last season my team playing in 4div and strugle to fight, result of that is my team is now playing in 5div, as i can se my team will hopefulle become top 5 i my department.

my team have the highest average quality in my department, but this can be changes rapidly.

 

my focus is to beat bot team, it must be done.  there is 4 others non bot team in my department. 1 - 1 i can put better players in each position. but my goal achiement is not to win, my team want to go back to 4div, but this year it is to win games and groow so they are ready for 4div.

 

to win games in 4div i need players with higher q, my team will make more money to buy a high quality defender, midlefield and a attacker will be optimal. but not likly.

 

this is my team  and where there today and next season, my basic formation is 4-4-2 and its looks great for now, have litle or no resist against bot team, but other manager its harder, thoose games i will se next season is harder and my team is not at this level at this moment. but with time its posible to groow and playere will improve.

 

My goal keepers this seaon is make a good job, 1st keeper have maybe 10season  more before he quit/retire, my 2nd is old and cant play in 4div, to slow and for sale now, Next season i buy a new goalkeeper maybe some over 30 with q at 80 for less then 15000000,- next season my team needs 2nd goalkeeper who can play when needet when 1st if damage or need to rest.

 

Defenders :  my 3 highest q players is old and may need to retire in some few years, they will ned to replacemnts, 2nd players is ok and groow much more and last 2 will need much to groow, this season a let them play from start, but next season they will only be susbtited. this season its a plesure to watch them, but next season there not so much because there level is not high enought, its only maybe my team will buy a better defender at q84 or more to improve with stronger teams. about 3 season from now my team will need a new defence player at q80 or more, today its already 3 older player and they will not stay to long, few player stay over 36 year and therefor my team will need reinforcements.

 

Midlefield is looking good, most of theese players is playing for the team many season. some is over q80 and more will come,  its a good mix, my 2 best players is under 30 years and doing great, lookin forward to see what more comes out of them, have 3older then 30 years old and some younger who groowes. for next season my team will train those i have there and make some more traning and games, at this moment i dont buy new player at this area. over 2 or 3 years theese player hopefully have some player from own ranks/academy who step in when older players leave/retire from the team.

 

Attacker, only 1 is from my own ranks, rest of the players are bought and right now there doing a good job, next season is much harder and they lack speed and q to fight for theres jobs, next season will be much harder. My players need to groow a lot more, my team is  not strong enough to win many games in 4div, but with right preparation they maybe survive for more then 1 or 2 season in 4div, this my team want to stay longer.at these moment money talks and a good attacker cost a lot of money and when my team can buy a new player with higher q it will be a good attacker who can go right in, this season i bought a player for traning camps and to replacements my 2 best player in front, i have 2 younger who plays as subsitute and need togroow a lot more.

 

my next season plan for 4 div,  its no doubt its harder to wins agains non bot teams, level is much harder and i must change tactis often, i have a new 2nd goal  keeper and my 3rd will either sack or sold as fast as posible, wil sell him for what ever, hes a q74 and old, but a new young tea might need a goalkeeper, for evrybody else its better keepers out there, its cst more, but they are also much better and younger.  i dont buy more player this season and i will wait for so long as posible to see how my team can handle a new level.  Over the next few season my team will work to get my younger player up to become a part of the team, they are the future, older players is posible to replaced, but in the end player who can play many season is better for my teams wallet.  my tactics and formation will next year be some deifrents then today, This season my team is play 4-4-2 and some 3-4-3, next seasone i will use more formations some to defence style and some will be more unsafe. if my team cant play, i take another season in 5 and start training my younger player and som eother to be ready for the next level

I had some messages about this and its some good guides here and there, But with litle money and to many bad players. yes there is some few things your team can do to improve, My advice is to sack player over 25 with q less then 62, thoose players is crap and its take time and money away from yor team without giving something back. 

Its also hard to sell them because none want them, my advice is to sack them and buy a player in each position with q 75 or more, and rotate you players dont have the same player in 30games in 1position. Rotate where the players and se how they work, left and right.

Its better for a player have 10games in a season compare to dont have any, its easier to sell a player who had some few fights then none, and let youger player under 21 plays at least 10 maybe 15 games each season. they will groowe and you team will earn it after some few season. When it comes to buy or sell players its plenty with players with level q70 for sales,  Do you need to buy 3player at age 17 when you start, maybe not,  but do you need to think 2step ahead, yes you do.
