ManagerLeague : Online football manager : Ready for Monday!

This season-change has not been without faults.
- First we discovered that teamless players had not gotten their value updated.
- Then there was a problem with the new Active Transfers listing, and a bug with the Minimum-bid value on the transfer-search.
- Then we discovered that we had to make the entire site UTF8, not just the game, or users with "special" characters in their username or password could not log in through our normal frontpage.
- We also discovered that our new XML-feeds could be broken by poorly formated blog-entries.

So, it turned out to be a pretty busy Thursday and Friday!
But now, the patch has been uploaded, and I hope that all troublesome issues have been resolved now.

The list of fixed issues

- The entire portal has been converted to true UTF-8, not just the game
- People with special characters in their usernames / passwords can now log in though the normal front-page, not forced to use the old page.
- The Blog- and News XML-streams have a better format and not be broken by strange characters. The descriptions are also a bit longer.
- Teamless players will never again go through season-change without having an updated VALUE.
- Files uploaded for use in blogs will now have "sane" names, also for users of Internet Explorer.
- Scouts will now be able to be reused the same season as they were fired, you no longer risk having to wait until next season before he can be used, eve if he has been used by someone else in the current season.
- Active Transfers will no longer show duplicate entires (in the case of multiple bids on the same player)
- Transfer search will now again let you know whether you used your scout successfully or not.
- The Minimum Bid value will now always be correct.
- Bugfix on the Biggest Transfers ranking

I know it has not been a fantastic change of seasons, but I seriously hope this will fix the issues at hand, and allow me to not work during the entire weekend
