Since we have reached this magical number of 10.000 teams, a little reward / surprise is in order. I am happy to announce that the surprise contains both a little update to the game, an impact on the balance of the game, and an outright big money-saver to those who continue, or begin, to support us by buying credits. Slashing the price on credits! We are, as of right now, slashing the price on credits in two. Naturally, we hope this will make it a lot more affordable to everyone, and certainly reduce the great cost that some of our most eager players have suffered. Reduced Decay Another modification that is being uploaded at midnight, is a drastic reduction in the DECAY-effect. It means, if you used to be hit every second season before, you should not expect to be hit more often than every fourth season or so. The decay-effects of both time and home-games have been reduced. Important change in the game next season to improve the balance We would also like to use this opportunity to announce an important change in the game: As of next season, there is a limit on how many credits, or rather how many friendlies, a team can play per round. The limit is set to 6 friendlies per round, so a max limit of approximately 200 friendlies per season. The reason for doing this might be obvious: - It will help restore the financial balance of the game - It will limit the "purchasable" boost and advantages to a level where more people can compete, as you can't spend more than just over 200 credits per season. - Combined with the slashed price on credits, it should mean a lot more players should be able to compete on a higher level - It will reduce the top-teams ability to sit on so many good players, as the wages will be more of a factor with less friendlies to depend upon. The limit comes into play at the beginning of the next season. Referral change Since we are now selling twice the credits per buck, referrals have been cut in two also. So a sale of 1 Euro will give the same amount of credits to the referer as before, not twice as much. We hope you will take this opportunity to support us and purchase some credits for your team, at half the price. 10 Euros will now get you a full 80 credits, which should be close to plenty for an entire season.
