ManagerLeague : Online football manager : Season 7 to end, Season 8 to begin...

This has been a hard season as always, but with a few extra punches on the nose. We have learnt a couple of expensive lessons about marketing the game, specially where NOT to do it, and will take some time to change our strategy accordingly. We still need your help on that, so if you still have a friend or relative who haven't heard about ManagerLeague, it is your solemn duty to spread the good word!

Anyway, after very few problems alltogether since we started in September, we ran into some last week, the exact same week I went on a little vacation. Somehow the simulator is not behaving as expected, so there is some instability to take care of in there. I have figured out WHAT, but the WHY is still in question.
Unfortunately though, after adding so much last season, this means we will not be adding anything this season, simply because time had to be spent on other things, like stability. The specialised Coaches (and other staff) have been partly implemented, but there isn't enough time to complete and test it thoroughly enough for us to release with season 8. Luckily though, we will have much to look forward to in Season 9

Thursday morning at 09.00 the seventh season will end abrubtly, and the game will be unavailable while we switch seasons.
The same day, around 16.00 the game will once again be available. There will not be much action happening until Monday though, except for the Custom Cups if anyone wishes to play them. And as a special feature this weekend only, cup-matches will not cause players to be tired. Please note though, they can still be injured! But this should allow plenty of teams to join cups this weekend.
Also keep in mind, the first thing to happen after the cups is training at 09.00 Monday morning, so there is a chance to rest potentially injured players!
