| As promised, I have some good news here at Headquarters today.
As of June 1st, I will be working fulltime on GG/ML, allowing a much higher pace of development, a more steady time-table, better support-routines and a lot of other goodies. There are several things in the pipeline, as many know, and specially the new design. It is coming along nicely, portion by portion, page by page. At the end of this article, you will find links to a few samples (reduced to 80% size though, for now). This new design is not just a new "skin", it has some nice new features as well, as you will find out. But other things willl happen as well. We are going to "lose" the "GooseGames"-name, and simply brand everything as ManagerLeague. We're not going to cut back the articles and other games though, but perhaps some of the more "Goosy" features will go. The whole portal will be more focused around the game though, no doubt, perhaps replacing the odd jokes with a simple League Tables or Top Scorer Lists in the right column etc. And of course, I will soon start to put our name out there, slightly and slowly, with some advertising efforts. Rumour has it that certain related magazines and gaming-websites will be in touch with me as well, and I hope that ManagerLeague will quickly become a game and a community for a whole lot of people (Not that the cozy bunch we have today isnt great!). I'll leave you to a few samples of the new design, and I hope you will allow yourself to give it a fair chance  But certainly, part of this new design is not just what you can see and what you can do, it is also very nice to change later, allow for multiple "skins" etc, as I am taking care to make sure all output is XHTML-compliant using CSS2 standards for design.
Now we just hope MS will make a browser supporting CSS2 completely, like both Opera, Mozilla and Firefox, to mention some  No doubt, users of IE will miss a few cool things with the new design..on purpose! It's my little personal way of putting preassure on MS to get their act together, and to "guide" people over to new and better browsers
